Starting from an original inspiration from the famous Klon Centaur, ANASOUNDS developed the Savage mk2, an overdrive that remains compact but does not forget to have an absolutely massive sound.
Compared to the mk1, we gain hard clipping diodes as well as internal trimpots to arrive precisely at the desired rendering. The Savage is both an excellent model to combine with other sources of gain, including with a well-pushed amp, but also a main overdrive that will lend itself with almost all possible styles.
And even on a clear sound amp, it is possible to use it with the gain to zero as the secret sauce that will make your sound more alive, brighter and more exciting thanks to a slight very musical compression. In other words, once the Savage is at your feet, there is little chance that you will be able to do without it.
