WL-20: Cable Tone Simulation
The Boss WL-20 is a great choice if you are using an instrument equipped with passive microphones. Indeed, this system embeds a cable simulation to reproduce the natural capacitive effect of a cable three meters long. Thanks to this simulation, the treble is slightly reduced to obtain a warmer sound. Therefore, you will have a sound similar to that of a wired setup.
Note that the Boss WL-20 can be charged easily using the included USB cable. When the battery is fully charged, the receiver's battery life will be about 10 hours and the transmitter's battery life will be about 12 hours.
