The B-200QB QuadBeater from Pearl has two hard plastic mixer surfaces and two felt ones, each with its own distinct sound.
The NP-208 rubber cymbal seat follows the shape of the cymbal and provides three points of contact so that it is in minimal contact with the cymbal. It is made of rubber, which does not absorb sound like felt, so with np-210 rubber cymbal washers, it allows the cymbals to resonate freely, providing a much brighter and more responsive sound.
And finally, Pearl 's R-40 Air Suspension floor tom legs lift your tom off the ground onto air cushions and ensure it's not dampened by its contact with the ground, providing excellent support and improved tone, depth and resonance.
